А вот цитата из форума на сайте SD; There should be two zero's side by side. Then each 0-3 set is equivalent to one side of the two-sided switch. The zeros are the same contacts that are routed to the volume pot on the other switch. Contact 1 on each side of the switch is connected to 0 when the lever is all the way to that end. #3 of each side is connected to 0 when the lever is at the opposite end. You should be able to work from zero each way and hook up all the contacts respective to how they were intended for the other switch.
