Моё письмо... (провокационное) :) "Hello! I'm a power user of your production, and my favorite pedal is preamp Bad Cat X-treme Tone. I have bought it in the Internet Shop and have received by mail. I live in Russia and we don't have your service centers... It's very sad.... Some days back X-treme Tone has broken also I don't know the reason... Maybe any detail has broken, and it is not a tube, I checked it up. But I know how guitars pedals works and made at all and if I would have scheme of this baby, I could repair it, I am sure! Please, send me a scheme of this pedal or tell where is possible to download it from the web! If I shall not repair it next week, our band will miss many concerts and we may lose a lot of money.
