Я тут натолкнулся на забавную статью о том, ак вырезать голос из песни, тем самым сделав изнее караоке...слышу об этом 1 раз. "Ok..now here's a tip to get ORIGINAL Doors music (mostly) without voice.. It is an old sound engineers' trick.. those of you who play music on Digital audio workstations as Cubase, Protools, Nuendo and so on will do the trick with ease. So follow this: Take your favourite Doors song fom an original CD, grabb it as wav or aiff file. load it on a Digital editor such as PEAK (mac) or SOUND FORGE (pc). The file should be STEREO. Now take Left track (OR right, does not matter wich) and INVERT the PHASE of that track. Adjust left channell volume so that is the same as possible as Right channell volume. Now take the whole stero mix and make it MONOaural. That's it... voice disappeared.. Now how it works? Easy.. Voice tracks are usually on the center of the mix panorama. So the voice signal ( frequency, amplitude, waveform) on L channell is the same of the one of the R channell. Now, when one of the track is phase inverted, every MONO signal in a stereo track (voice usually is mono on 70% of the songs) is self erased by the MONO mix.. Like 1+ (-1) =0 Now.. Be carefull becouse the latest Doors songs were recorded in the most traditional manner common today.. means drums, bass and voice are in the center (ghost) speaker. That means also that all these instrument will be erased in the process.. the best results can be obtained with theDoors and Strange Days. Since Botnick use to mix em like all the 60s productions: great use of PAN for the instruments (the space age extreme stereo was the paradigm on wich are based all the 50s and 60s mixes) , just voice in the center (sometimes even bass). The overall gain of the song will be reduced (at least 3/6 dB) but you'll get it without voice. Also this tip can be used to liten better to instrument parts and reverb settings (if stereo). have fun..." Сначала,прочитав,подумал что бред полнейший, но потом когда проделал все вышесказанное - прозрел, практически не слышно вокала! =) Для тех кто не перевел: загрузите трек в звуковой редактор, инвертируйте один из каналов, затем переведите в моно.

Фигня, стерео реверб от вокала остается полюбому и уходит бас гитара. Ну и плюс к этому такая музычка (инвертированный канал) на нервы давит, долго слушать - голова заболит.
